KTA Limited won planning permission to develop the existing site comprising of a large factory / office unit and storage sheds. The design is for refurbishment and extensions to the existing building including a second storey extension to form a mixed use development comprising of retail units and a gym to the ground floor and residential accommodation to the first and second floors.
